StorePay, Inc. holds Money Transmitter Licenses (or their equivalent) in the states listed in the table below. This page identifies the active licenses held by StorePay, Inc. and the applicable state regulatory authorities.

In states where StorePay, Inc. does not hold a direct license, payment processing and payout services that constitute money transmission are provided by a licensed third-party service provider acting as the regulated money transmitter.

Banking Partner Disclosure

ScanPay's wallet and payout services in Licensed States are provided in connection with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. Customer and merchant funds are held in a pooled For-Benefit-Of (FBO) custodial account maintained at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is not a party to your agreement with ScanPay and does not have a direct account relationship with you. All rights and obligations with respect to your funds are governed by ScanPay's Terms of Platform.
